3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons rolled oats (or oat flour)
2 T coconut flour
1 T granulated sugar
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
2 T peanut butter (or any nut butter)
2 T black treacle (or molasses)
2 T milk (or milk alternative)Combine all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until well combined and mixture clumps together.
Roll into balls and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
These also freeze very well.
