Potatoes, halved, boiled and peeled - 800g
Red cabbage, finely shredded - 100g
Coriander seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Onion, finely chopped - 150g
Green chili, chopped -1
Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Boil potatoes for 15 minuted or until soft. Drain.
- While potatoes are boiling, saute onions and red cabbage until slightly softened.
- Combine all the ingredients and mash well.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal 1/3 cup patties and place on a lightly oiled pan.
- Place the patties in the fridge for 1 hour
- Heat oven to 200 C.
- Bake patties for 30 minutes turning midway.
- Serve hot with chutney.
